Meet Deborah
Hello. My name is Deborah Ojedas. The decision to launch Tiny Steps Big Changes has been many years in the making. Our approach is influenced by my experiences as a parent and extensive training as a speech-language pathologist. It is grounded in 25+ years working with typically developing kids and young adults, and those with learning differences and challenges. Over the course of my career, loving and engaged parents and teachers have asked for practical tools to help children develop Executive Function (EF) skills. This site is dedicated to you.
